Confetti Waves Blanket

1

One night, I had the idea to start using the colors of my upcoming fabric collections in other creative mediums so that my social looked more snatched. So I bought a bunch of yarn from Knit Picks and it sat on my shelf until I got my Hooked Strike-Offs.

When it came down to start crocheting, I remembered the Confetti Waves Pattern by Jellybean Junction and thought it would be perfection. And since I’d already picked the colors, I decided to let Helena pick the order and I’m gonna say this kid has got the stuff because she knocked it out of the park.

This pattern is super awesome and it worked up super quick. I even decided to slice the afghan in half when I realized that I shouldn’t use all the colors and made a video to show how I fixed it.

After the Slice – Fixing Crochet after Removing a Section

Okay so I felt like the life of crocheters everywhere depended on me showing y’all how I’d fix the non-secure half of the Afghan I sliced up in my previous post. So, tada, now I guess I’ll save this until the fall instead of chucking it. So basically y’all saved an Afghan as well.
